Hi Raines!  Long time no see!  What was it--November?

Jamaica Plain Cohousing is exiting the schematic design phase and entering
the public process phase in Boston.  This is the exciting and dramatic
phase of the process that so many community activists turn out to see.
Will they add 1.5 parking spaces per unit? (as called for per zoning)  Or
will the Boston Redevelopment Authority "transit-oriented development"
standards prevail?
This is also the phase in which all the "social capital" chits are called
in--so stay tuned!

We have 11 equity member households and 19 associate member households.
