I am new to co-housing and have many of the same questions - I am a single 
mother with a 6 year old boy so of course, am more than cautious.  Could you 
continue to address communities to avoid (based on your experience).....I 
too am a very upbeat, positive and normally enthusiastic person.  My 
intention is  to live with people who love life - that's the best thing I 
can do for myself and my kid.....thanks for your input.  ROBIN COVINGTON
