SPREAD THE WORD

The developer of the land on the east side of Olive Street, EUGENE, OREGON
just south of the present public library has decided he can't build his 20
unit townhouse development and make any money at it. He is pulling out, and
the land is again open for bids.

We should talk and see if we can come up with a group to buy the land from
the city and build a cohousing community there.

Please come to my home for a meeting, on Saturday, April 13, 2 pm.
2675 Baker Blvd. (off of 28th). 345-6466 for directions or more info.
