In response to Sharon's remark that other types of cooking
change the molecular structure, it can be argued that while
this is true - certain forms of cooking have a long history/
record.  Microwave cooking, as I understand it, changes
the food in a different way - and at best one can say
that the verdict isn't out yet.  According to some, there
is evidence that it's bad.
