Feedback is welcome. I think this is a wonderful, wonderful idea. This allows the age group of 20-30 access to cohousing also. A developer in Manhattan once built a stack of apartments that were 12 feet square -- truly. The land only allowed a building that size so he built them as pied a terre apartments for commuters. They sold to full time residents.
