A lawyer in our midst has indicated that there might be circumstances where the Board might need to have a closed session when discussing legal or financial issues concerning an individual member (such as bankruptcy, foreclosure, etc.) There are, however, many private conversations between individuals, and we have a "troubleshooter" who meets privately with people at the request of a resident.
