Cohousing-L Mailing List: Mandate for Facilitator

Does anyone have a written mandate for the facilitator?  This would be
something written that would spell out fairly specifically what the
facilitators  responsibilities are and what they are given the authority to
do by the community in a general meeting?   We're wanting to write one and
it would be helpful for us if we could see what  some other communities have
written.
