We have three bathrooms, but only one is accessable.  None are 
gender-specific.  And our city inspector classified our CH as a public 
building.

The accessable bathroom is near the guest rooms and has an accessable shower. 
 The other two are half-baths (sink and toilet only), one around the corner 
from the accessable one and a pint-size one in the children's room.
