At Wasatch Commons, SLC Utah, the common house has three bathrooms, all of them gender-neutral: one full bathroom upstairs by the guestroom, one large handicap-accessible 3/4 bathroom with a roll-in shower, downstairs between the kids room and what was going to be the other guestroom, and a half bathroom by the kitchen. (Question: Why do unisex bathrooms never have urinals? When an uncle of mine, with eleven kids, mostly boys, was building a new house, he wanted urinals in the bathrooms as well as commodes, because there would be fewer splashes and dribbles and the bathroom would stay cleaner. The builder did his absolute best to talk him out of it. Said urinals would reduce the resale value of the house(!).)
