I think that if you try to please everyone you may have a hard time 
pleasing anyone!  I try to follow the Sugar Busters diet, but I don't 
expect common meals to cater to that.  A little refined flour once in a 
while isn't gonna kill me.  I can eat brown rice and whole wheat at 
home.
