6 Ps of cohousing confllict

I followed the recent discussion on conflicts in communities and found it very interesting. When I talked about it at our Cincinnati Ecovillage steering committee meeting, people wanted to use the 6 P's as part of our conflict resolution training for our next meeting the end of June. I went into the archives to find the messge, but couldn't find the right one. The one naming the 6Ps must not have had "conflict resolution" in the subject line and thus got filed somewhere else. On a "co-camping" trip last week-end (a group of families who were college friends have camped together twice a year for 20 years and share common meals when camping) we were discussion co-housing and I brought up the most frequent conflicts topics. I got pets, progeny, pesticides, but then got stuck. They generated their own list of possibilities--personal property, paranoia, panties etc. but I need the real list for our meeting. Can someone please post them again?

Looking forward to meeting some of you in Boulder,

Diana Porter
