Cohousing-L Mailing List: Common House Maintenance

We have been wondering what a reasonable Common House (CH) maintenance budget 
should include.  Could a community that has been around for awhile share 
their CH maintenance budget (especially routine items)?  We have 40 housholds, 
so 
our CH is rather large.  Costs will vary by region, but it would be helpful to 
see what the line items are.  Thanks.
