Cohousing-L Mailing List: Seeking guidelines for managing the Common House

Phase I move in for Cotati is about three weeks away. We have just formed
the Common House Management Committee and we're wondering if anyone has any
policy templates or guidelines for managing the space including issues such
as cleaning, balanced use of the common areas, special event management and
other issues that have surfaced over time, etc.
