There term circle process may mean somewhat different things to different
people.  The Minnesota Dept of Corrections has had a person who promoted
the idea, held numerous trainings and tried to spread the idea beyond the
corrections arena.  Unfortunately that person is no longer with DOC.  I
took the training and created this web page as an introduction/resource:
