In my community everyone is > white, highly intelligent, middle to upper class, very lefty/green, etc. I have no patience with racism, homophobia, etc. but frankly the reason I'm doing cohousing is because I WANT to live in community with a bunch of other highly intelligent, lefty, green communitarians!
