Hi all - A friend just brought to my attention that my picture is on the websites of three different cohousing neighborhoods: Proximity of Loudon County VA (unrecognizable, in a canoe with my husband), Eno Commons in Durham NC (the back of my head, in the background of my daughter's violin lesson), and at Eastern Village (in the member bios). This came up in the context of one of those discussions you can get into at cohousing booths at local festivals - one of the visitors at the booth was curious about the ways cohousing neighborhoods interact with each other. Anyone got any stories? -Jessie Handforth Kome Eastern Village Cohousing Silver Spring, Maryland "Where the landscape committee just held a design charette (in Takoma Village Cohousing's common house) for the green roof and courtyard, the finance team keeps meeting at a local coffee house to work through comments on the member dues/assessment proposal, and the community life team meant to hold a meeting but practiced community life and held a brunch instead." _______________________________________________ Cohousing-L mailing list Cohousing-L [at] cohousing.org Unsubscribe and other info: http://www.cohousing.org/cohousing-L
