sounds like food bars are a good solution: salad bars (yum!) pasta bars withnon-wheat pastas of course, potato bars.
Salad bars could be a great solution. If you add a few things like tortillas (preferably sprouted), hummus, pesto, avocados, sun dried tomatoes, people can throw together veggie wraps which can be very delicious, and free the
chef from making an alternate vegetarian selection. Perhaps a few people could stock the salad bar ingredients on a rotatingbasis, freeing the chef of the day to focus on their main dishes. Those people could be removed from the normal cooking rotation. Since our group hasn't started yet, I don't know how well this would work in practice, but it seems like
it might.
what other kinds of bars could there be?
