Rob, Could you say more about this? How is it structured? Who decides who gets gifts or loans? Several years ago we decided to create a Heartwood Humanitarian Fund along the same lines, but it hasn't yet gotten off the ground. It doesn't seem to be enough of a priority until someone actually needs the financial assistance. Do any other groups out there have this kind of fund?
