Our whole property is organic.  We are about to install solar electric 
panels for our common house.  We try to make community meals as organic 
as possible.  We recycle everything.  Most of us compost our kitchen 
scraps.  We grow organic vegetables.  We conserve energy as much as 
possible and are installing low use light bulbs (fluorescent).

I wish we could do more!
