It was posted by Fred the Cohousing-L list manager <fholson [at] cohousing.org> Note: Actually Dan posted a message that got distributed already but this one got tangled in the system and I'm just getting it untangled today... {somehow related to 1) initial posts require approval, 2) having had a html attachment and the deluge of SPAM in which rejected messages get mixed these days...} Fred -------------------- FORWARDED MESSAGE FOLLOWS -------------------- Hi there. This is my first post to the list. I am chairing a committee in a cohousing community that is investigating rental agreements. I've got many questions but would appreciate any suggestions or responses. To start with, we are alert to various codes and laws relating to renting. But we are not expert at this. What would members suggest we do to become more aware of same? Second, I would welcome copies of rental agreements from listers. Third, we are proposing that all homeowners use the same Community Agreement. Are you? Fourth, we are considering that all homeowners NOT advertise in commercial media. Rather, we are planning to have an ongoing task force / committee for the community do the rental recruiting. Thoughts, ideas, opinions or advice very welcome. - Dan Fallon "... compared to what?" _______________________________________________ Cohousing-L mailing list Cohousing-L [at] cohousing.org Unsubscribe and other info: http://www.cohousing.org/cohousing-L
