Note: This message was delayed in posting due because Kathleen sent it
from an address other than the one she posted from (which is what keeps
spam from getting to the list.  But also I suspect I deleted it from the
"rejects"  (rather than approving it for distribution dispite the address
problem) because I did not recognise it as legit.  Most of the "rejects" 
these days are spam and I manually try to spot the relatively few legit
things and approve them but sometimes even the legit looks like spam.

Puget Ridge Cohousing (Seattle, WA) is seeking a consultant to (quickly)
review our replacement reserves schedule and planning assumptions.  I'd
like to hear comments (either on or off line at kkgrosh [at] comcast.net)
from communities who have worked with replacement reserves consultants,
five+ years after construction.
 
What questions did you ask, and what were the results?  What was
especially helpful? 
 
Also, if anyone has a recommendation of a RR consultant in the Puget
Sound area, we'd love to hear it.  Thank you.
