My 15 year old son is a skateboarder.  In the next week there are some 
Park Board meetings here about the creation of skate board facilities.

Have any cohousing communities done anything to facilitate / guide 
skateboarder use? If so how has that affected teenager views of cohousing?

I would not be surprized if more have taken steps to discourage /
restrict skateboard use.
