Cambridge Cohousing, a 6-year old urban cohousing community, is currently
taking "bids" from serious prospective buyers on a 2-bedroom 914 sq ft flat
on the 3rd floor in Common House
building with elevator.  Asking price is $460,000.  See our website
(address below) for several photos of our community, which has lovely
gardens, lawns, underground parking, play areas, etc, all close to public
transportation and shopping.

In order to maintain our age and family composition diversity, we would love
the potential owners to be a family with children or a young couple.  We
currently have about 30 children, newborn to age 18, and 65 adults living in
our 41 units.  But we shall have to be realistic; if there are no such
interested households out there, all buyers will, of course, be considered.
