Rob and others who might be curious, my name -- Saoirse -- is Irish. In the Irish language, it means "freedom." Both pronunciation (sair'sha) and spelling are difficult for Americans, but it's a familiar word for the Irish. It is a name that I claimed in part because I consider myself to be one who tracks the pathway to freedom (in the spiritual or mystical sense) for both myself and others. Freedom from old patterns, old beliefs that impede the experience of a life with heart. Freedom to explore new territory, new ground for one's spirit. Cohousing is fertile ground for such exploration. Saoirse -- You knock at the door of reality, shake your thought-wings, loosen your shoulders, and open. Rumi
