Stone Curves Cohousing in Tucson, AZ is beginning to discuss the management 
of the Common House ie.housekeeping, cleaning, supplies, maintenance, 
reservations/use of space (e.g. guest rooms and cost of those, dining room for 
party) 
and then of course the shared meals and how that will work. I heard talk of 
having a cooking team rather than having each person take a turn.  Any input 
from 
those of you who have done this would be greatly appreciated.
