Oh, Diane called me on my statement about Directors & Officers
insurance.. Hmm. Well, I don't know. We are sort of a belt & suspenders
organization & we trust our insurance agent. It looks like it provides
coverage for acts by the board of directors that are willfully bad (not
just casually incompetent), typically related to employment (because
otherwise the general liability would cover it). Hmm, that seems like a
pretty narrow & unlikely case. Perhaps we should drop it? I'll ask our
insurance guy & let you know what I found out.
