This is mostly a problem with messages sent from hotmail accounts
tho it is possible to configure hotmail to send text.

I'm Monty Berman at EcoVillage at Ithaca, since 1991. This is my first
posting.  Please let me know how you handle maintenance within your
community. We have a team but the maintenance (of utilites, e.g., washers,
driers) plus drains, roofs, mowing and snow machines, etc.) has become
quite a load. We are considering paying for it internally, but do not
generally go this route. 

Would love to hear how you handle it. We have two communities, 30
homes each.
