Hi Everyone,

Anyone want to move to D.C.? wWe're looking for some folks who either have
lived
in cohousing before or think they might want to give it a try. Brindledorf has
a couple of possibilities available in both our main house AND in a rarely
available
roommate situation (in case someone wants to "try out" cohousing...)

The Attic
***************************************
On the third floor of the main farmhouse, the attic is easily Brindledorf's most
charming space http://www.brindledorf.com/3rdfl_1.html. Nestled under the
eaves,
it features a large dressing room/bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and seperate
toilet
area, seperate bedroom and cozy living room. The current resident is a movie
producer
following her heart (and her career!) to NYC. She has had an office set up in
the
Attic in addition to the requisite space for everyday living.

The main house is shared with a few others. A student, a speech pathologist and
her young daughter, a mathmetician (yes, a mathmetician), and an engineer and
her
new daughter. The house is huge - 5500 square feet or so - with plenty of room
to entertain in the formal dining room, cook in the large shared kitchen, or veg
in the overly-big living room. Additional outdoor hottub and 6 wooded acres
close
to Washington D.C. Really, really nice people!

$1000.00 plus flat fee per month for combined electric, heat, water, and premium
cable and wireless internet.

The Cottage
****************************************
http://www.brindledorf.com/CA_exterior_2.html Currently Margaret is looking for
someone as a roommate, though the entire building will be available in the
summer
of 2005. Across the lawn from the main house, the cottage is the charming
original
building at Brindledorf, converted into the larger residence that it is today.
$700.00 (1/2 of $1400.00 rent) plus varying monthly utilities. MUST like dogs
and
not have cats or smoke.

Please email me directly or call if you're interested...
