Hi all,

We are looking to buy a 3 building property  and eventually retrofit  
it for co-housing. Add a common space, etc. Will buy as a coop. Will  
convert to condo-style ownership. On Dwight and Roosevelt. 14 blocks  
from North Berk BART. 8 blocks west of Shattuck. 8 blocks south of  
University.

3 buildings are
1 4 br house
4 - 1br apt
4 - 1br apt

Apts are now full. Need to get them empty through attrition or  
incentives.
