Charles' post did include the URL at the  bottom of his post:

Tho this is the URL of the 'Info Page' for a Yahoogroup (listserv)
it does have other information.  That is where the files and links are.
However the Links page asked me to log in and the files are apparently
only accessible to subscribers of the tuscaloosa_community list.
(one could subscribe (no permission required) and set no mail or
unsubscribe after looking at files but ...)
