I'm writing on behalf of fellow members whose 3-bedroom duplex home will be 
available for a two-year rental starting July 1, 2007.  Please reply

Shadowlake Village is a completed cohousing community in a university town 
in Southwest Virginia.  It contains 33 homes, and the Common House is

    * Constructed in 2004
    * 2 stories
    * Designed to maximize the exceptional view and the light.
    * Full kitchen, spacious open-plan dining/living room, and full 
bathroom on the main floor
    * 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms upstairs
    * This is a very energy-efficient home that features:
      - Passive solar design
      - Energy efficient construction with exceptional insulation
      - Heat pump (provides heat in winter, air conditioning in summer)
