Dear Zev --

I'm so glad there is finally a truly affordable cohousing community  
w/ water views.

Are you using modular housing?  And is kayak use included w/ the  
$12.00/mo. rental fee?  Or do I have to supply my own kayak?  If so,  
perhaps some of the residents can form a users group to reduce the cost.
