Answering a question on the list involves a few things missing from the 
wiki:
1. A time element: If I don't answer quickly, my answer will be 
obsolete, so it encourages me to hurry.
2. Known procedure: I know how to send email, and probably how to send 
attachments, by virtue of using an email list. Wikis are an unknown.
3. A social reward: My response is viewed by lots of people, and by 
being able to answer your question I'm gaining social status in the group.

So tell people that you want responses in the next week, to send them by 
email, and that you'll thank them profusely in public on the list after 
you get their information. :)
