Cohousing-L Mailing List: Legal Documents setting up Cohousing Communities

We are looking for documents we can read and perhaps use as wording for setting 
up legal agreements among ourselves and between ourselves and professionals of 
all levels we will be working with.  

Please could  you forward your community's to us, and at the same time let us 
know what you might do differently or definitely include if you had it to do 
all over.

Is there legal wording that allows the members to vote on who to admit or 
exclude, not based on the usual banned discrimination but based on 
compatibility with existing residents?  I heard that Co-ops vs..s. Condo legal 
papers give existing members more control over who becomes new members.  
True/False?

Any guidelines, regulations or legal documents you are willing to share, along 
with your comments would be deeply appreciated. 

No point in reinventing what has already successfully been proven to work if we 
can avoid it.  Thanks for your time.
