for sale at about $230K. Condo fees: ~$260/monthly. Taxes: $1300/year. Small
deck/ground space in back. But, this is cohousing, so buyers should like the
idea of participating in the life of the community. (See website at
www.takomavillage.org.) There is no selection process for cohousing, but a
buyer needs to attend an orientation and meeting (which can be arranged
quickly) to make sure they understand the nature of the community.
