Here are the dues for Nevada City Cohousing, using a similar format.

1BR unit - N/A
2BR unit (1 floor) - 290  

2BR+* unit (2 floors) - 314  

3BR+* unit - 333
4BR unit - 354

* Note: these units have an additional "office" sized room.

These numbers cover pretty much the same areas mentioned in Susan's original 
email. However, about half of the homeowners have purchased their own 
garage/carport. For this amenity, they pay an additional $15 in their dues.
  

We didn't raise our dues last year but are planning on discussing that issue 
for next year's budget. We're only in our second year and think we should have 
a better idea of our actual yearly budget than in the first, partial year.
