We have a "Keeper of the Heart", whose job it is to attend to the participants' emotional well being.

Also, anyone at the meeting can hold up an orange card at any time to make a "Keeper of the Heart" comment. Like Sharingwood, we stop and process it immediately.

At Sharingwood we have a simple vibes process, any person in the meeting holds up their fingers in a V. This then halts the meeting and we process it
right then.

Our group is looking for explicit definitions or explanations of what the
process observer or vibes watcher does. Also, I am unsure whether some
communities' "heart committee" performs a similar function. We would
appreciate reading any documents that clarify and define this.
Please fell free to post or e-mail directly. As usual, thanks in advance for
your experience, wisdom, and hard work.
