Cohousing-L Mailing List: Anyone use tax credits during development?

Does anyone out there have any experience with using tax credits during
development? I am particularly interested in communities that have
experience with solar tax credits, which is a relatively newer program. I am
also interested in the use of historic preservation tax credits in cohousing
communities. Has anyone been able to find a way to  make these work for
cohousing?
