Would it be possible for CohousingUSA to have an MLS account that local 
communities could use to list properties? Those using the listing could pay a 
fee which could more than offset the cost without everyone paying the highest 
fees individually.

Listing might actually be a benefit because people do move cross country to 
join cohousing communities.
