Great idea!   I live at Muir Commons in Davis, CA, and what I think would be 
most useful is a gathering of communities'  policies, so that when groups are 
developing policies, they don't have to reinvent the wheel.   Granted, groups 
would modify the policies to fit their communities, but they would have 
something to start with.   Thanks for your efforts!    Laurie Friedman
