I would suggest a Wordpress blog rather than a printed newsletter. People can 
subscribe to a blog and the posts can be printed and posted or placed by the 
mailboxes to be picked up. It can be restricted to members only. Wordpress is 
fairly easy to learn so responsibility can be passed around.

This is a new website. I will be posting a special for cohousing groups but am
