aspects of cohousing development including:

*Community Development*-- Organizing the community, efficiently working
together, making effective decisions, building and growing the community,
and defining the roles of the member, the group and the professionals.

*Understanding Management*-- Designing a community, working through the
government approval process, hiring and managing construction
professionals, incorporating maximum sustainability principles.

*Financial Control*-- Financing realities (costs), financing options,
ownership structures, keeping your project on track and on budget.
