To cohousing groups in Washington State: 

1) How are you incorporated? (And are any of you incorporated as a Mutual 
Benefit Nonprofit?)
2) Do you have members, or people with membership privileges, who do not live 
within the boundaries of your project? Some sort of Associate Members? neighbor 
members? How is their membership defined?
3) Washington State has made changes in their laws about Homeowners' 
Associations. Have these affected you?
