Tierra Nueva in Oceano, California is having what we call Open House / Open
Community on February 28.

Any communities want to share unique things you do on days when you open
the doors to large groups?

Marketing ideas? We have houses to sell, but of course we love educating
people about what cohousing is all about.

We're having a raffle for residents - invite a friend to the open house and
get a raffle ticket to win fun prizes.

Food, tours, talks. Any other ideas?
