Hi again,
I might as well be the first to brainstorm.  This is brainstorming,
remember!

As I was writing the note above, the idea of literally having each of the
dedicated forming member (who want to and can) open their house and invite
people in.   This may not be practical for some groups or people, but could
be interesting to have almost a 'tour of open houses' in the area of the
members.  Perhaps there are different activities people can do at each
location..    and then meet up at the end of the day...

Having an event where the forming members are all together would be nice
too.  I was imagining that having it at the people's actual houses helps to
give the feel for what cohousing may be like when those that are close by
come to visit Inside someone's home and have a chance to casually hang out,
do activities together, learn, etc.
