Cohousing-L Mailing List: Forming Groups and the National Open House Day!

YES!

With almost as many 'Forming' group as there are 'Completed' ones now  (see
the stats from the coho/us site below), there definitely will be support
around having these groups be an active part of the 'National Open House
Day'.

So, maybe you won't be opening your own house.. or maybe you will!  How you
want to do it is really up to you and your group.   It may not be as 'easy'
as in a Completed location where the people Already live close together,
but honestly, they will have their own challenges and questions to face.

I'm a part of a forming group myself.  I would like to use this email chain
to start brainstorming ways a forming group could accomplish an 'open
house'.   After all, we are Actively in the marketing and outreach mind set
all the time. This event could be especially important for us to get
publicity and put 'on the map', even before you have a site to call home!
