Hi Emilie,
Thanks for the note.  Perfect seguey to the next main topic I wanted to
bring up.

FORMING GROUPS can DEFINITELY hold their own events.  You don't need to
rely on built communities to do the advertising.

There are lots of possibilities for now this can be accomplished.  I would
like to even devote a separate email chain just for this topic so I won't
elaborate to much here yet.

Also, I don't know if I'm understanding your questions fully. Can you
explain what you are envisioning with this?

I'm sure there are great regional collaborations that be formed, perhaps
spurred by this events.  Working with built communities to support the
regional forming groups is a great idea!  Let's explore that more.
