It's me the Millenial chiming in again, and while I don't watch a lot of TV I do like having a bigger screen for Netflix/YouTube and sports. The only TV we have is not connected to cable and is for my daughter's cartoons. She is on the phone for other media. (Her generation are the true digital natives.) I can see where the Common House would be a great gathering spot for movie nights, debate nights, and whatever popular TV show is on. A related question is how many of your communities provide Wi-Fi in the Common House or in the community? I'm sure there are many homeowners without a TV but with Internet. Is it usually bought house by house or is there a group purchase? Is Wi-Fi in the Common House set up with restrictions or data limits? Crystal Charlotte Cohousing Community
