At DurhamCoho we have a bulk deal with Time-Warner to supply basic cable,
internet, and telephone service to all our households. Also we get basic
cable and 2 wireless access points in the common area. TW gave us a tiny
discount in return for a 5-year contract. The cost for the standard
services is part of each household's monthly dues. Each household pays for
service upgrades such as premium channels or faster internet. There are no
restrictions on internet or TV use in the common area.
