Kudos to Alice Alexander for her wonderful Sweet Potato Ginger recipe.  I
made it vegan by substituting vegan "butter".  It was delicious.  

Thanks to Alice, and also to Ann Zabaldo for organizing the Thanksgiving
recipe contest.  What a great idea!
